ferry stops museums location convenient shopping slow coffee understaffed service small window
The hotel is close to ferry stops and museums. It is not affected by crowds. Shopping nearby is convenient (i found some nice souvenirs).
I waited 20 minutes for coffee at breakfast. The breakfast service seemed chaotic and understaffed. The room had a small window looking at another building (i prefer more sunlight).

fantastic stay!
cute staff perfect location stylish room
the staff were super cute it. the hotel also sits right on a canal. water taxis can pull right up. our room was amazing too it was so stylish and roomy i never felt cramped.
breakfast service seemed really disorganized it was understaffed. i had to wait a long time for coffee. it wasn't a huge deal but a bit frustrating.

breakfast had a great spread i saw lots of pastries fruit and different kinds of cheeses. i even noticed an option for cooked breakfast for anyone wanting something hot. the coffee was really good too so that got me moving

the hotel is in a great area everything felt super accessible. it's near nice bacari places with tasty snacks. it's not right in the middle of the chaos which is nice but still close to everything

the hotel has a 24/7 front desk which is reassuring. there's a water taxi stop right by it so easy travel. the interior has venetian style with attention to details like curtains and carpets

mixed feelings about my stay
small window poor breakfast
The location was acceptable. It was near the places I wanted to visit.
My room was not like what i saw on the website. the window was small, and i could only see another building. breakfast was also a disappointment. There was almost nothing to eat.

The location suited us fine, it was near enough to attractions. A gelato place was just next door, so that was a plus. The staff members was super friendly, especially Michael. He was helpful.
The room did not have much sunlight. The single window faced a building.

Breakfast had various pastries, fruit, ham and cheeses. cereal. Coffee was excellent at breakfast.

the location was fantastic, a water taxi could stop right in front! the breakfast was varied and quite good too.
The air conditioning seemed inconsistent. It was either too cold or not working at all.
